Bread Paradox - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Bread Paradox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or play the Game.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Argon Sky grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play Bread Paradox on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Gems and Purchases

• The Game features virtual currencies: in-game cash earned through play, and premium currency ("gems") that can be earned in-game or bought in the in-game store.
• Gems are an in-game currency only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, redeemed for cash, or transferred to anyone else, and are licensed to you solely for use within the Game.
• Gems you buy or earn are stored on this device only, as part of your local game data. Deleting the Game or resetting your progress removes them permanently, and they cannot be recovered - there is no server record we could restore them from.
• All real-money purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are processed by them under their own terms. Argon Sky never receives or stores your payment details.
• Refund requests go to Apple or Google, who process and decide them under their respective refund policies. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Art Attribution

All rights, title, and interest in and to Bread Paradox - including without limitation game mechanics, source code, design, text, branding, and original graphics - are the exclusive property of Argon Sky Marek Tracz.

The Game incorporates selected third-party art and icon assets licensed under Creative Commons and creator licenses. All rights remain with their respective creators:

Graphics & Icons

• Chests, Potions, Recipes, and Item Sprites created by Truly Malicious (licensed under CC BY 4.0).
• Shop & Boost Icons (Piggy Bank, Coin Sack, Money Stack, Briefcase, Solar Energy, Truck, Viral Marketing, Wi-Fi) created by Vectors Market and Ali Masykur from Flaticon.
• Navigation Arrow Icons from Flaticon.
• Info Tooltip Icon created by Travis Avery from the Noun Project (licensed under CC BY 3.0).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Exploit bugs, cheats, or automation software to disrupt gameplay.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease copies of the Game to third parties without authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Argon Sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game or loss of local save data.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
