Bread Paradox - Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Argon Sky Marek Tracz ("Argon Sky", "we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Bread Paradox ("the Game"). We are committed to player privacy. This policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Game.
1. Legal Entity & Data Controller
- Legal entity: Argon Sky Marek Tracz
- Registered address: Zielna 44, 05-092 Kiełpin, Poland
- Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5223109245
- Contact email: contact@argonsky.com
2. Information Collection
Bread Paradox is designed to be fully offline and anonymous:
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (such as your name, physical address, email, or phone number).
- We do not collect device identifiers (such as IDFA, GAID, IMEI, MAC address, or any other persistent installation or application identifier).
- We do not track your location or IP address.
- We do not run third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or analytics frameworks.
Anonymous Crash Diagnostics
The only data the Game ever transmits is an anonymous crash report. If an unexpected technical error occurs, we collect a minimal diagnostic report through Sentry, a crash-reporting service that acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement, solely to diagnose and fix crashes and improve the Game's stability. A crash report contains only:
- the error stack trace,
- the operating system version,
- the device model,
- the last few app actions and log messages leading up to the error,
- the application version.
Crash diagnostic data is not linked to your user identity, contains no personal information, and is not used for tracking or advertising. It is never sold and is not shared with third parties for any purpose beyond fixing the Game. Crash reports are deleted automatically within 90 days. This matches the App Privacy declaration on the Apple App Store (Diagnostics: Crash Data, not linked to you, not used for tracking) and the Data Safety declaration on Google Play (App info and performance: crash logs collected for analytics, meaning diagnosing and fixing crashes, not shared with third parties, not linked to user identity). If an error happens while the device is offline, the report is queued locally on the device and is transmitted only once a network connection becomes available again. Gameplay itself never requires a network connection.
3. Local Storage of Game Progress
Bread Paradox operates fully offline for gameplay - no account, sign-in, or network connection is required to play. All game saves and settings (such as cash balance, unlocked businesses, gems, upgrades, and volume preferences) are stored strictly on your local device using native device storage.
Your save data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to our servers. You can delete your game progress at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing the application data in your device settings.
4. In-App Purchases & Payments
Any purchases of in-game items (such as gem packs) are processed directly by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play). Argon Sky does not process, receive, or store any payment card details or financial information. The record of what was bought is kept only in the Game's local save data on your device - Argon Sky does not receive it and keeps no server-side purchase record tied to you. Purchases are governed by the respective store's privacy policy and terms.
5. Support Inquiries
If you contact us for customer support (e.g. via email at contact@argonsky.com or bread-paradox@argonsky.com), we only use the email address and message contents you provide to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or use this information for marketing.
6. Children's Privacy
Bread Paradox does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). The anonymous crash diagnostics described in Section 2 contain no personal information.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we introduce features that require data transmission beyond the anonymous crash diagnostics described in Section 2 (such as online cloud saves or accounts), we will update this Privacy Policy prior to releasing such updates.
